The Waste Management Winter Rally is only the second Rally America sanctioned true winter rally set in the hills surrounding Wellsboro, PA. The event is organized by one of the country’s most respected rally racing event organizers and dedicated to the countless grassroots rally teams wanting a rally race based in the snow. With that in mind the Waste Management Winter Rally kicks off Rally America’ Eastern Regional Rally Championship for only the most hardened rally drivers.
