The Arizona Extreme Rally is a hybrid co-efficient 2 rally race that runs alongside the 2012 Off-Road Fest featuring the Lucas Oil Regional Off-Road Racing series at the Speedworld Surprise racetrack. It’s one weekend of rally cars and Pro-Lite trucks in front of 3,000 dirt racing fans to kick off the Southwest Regional Rally Championship.

Rally cars will be staggered by 15 second intervals instead of separated by the minute which will place multiple teams on the same course and ensuring a constant state of action. Off-Road teams not using the short course arena will also be using the rally course and given the opportunity to use a route book containing driving instructions typically used by a rally team during competition.
